This was a construction advisory project for a consortium of national banks. The project included 153 rooms, 16 executive suites, residential suites, a spa and fitness center, and meeting spaces. The construction had been started on the project when we took the assignment and our role was to mitigate and manage potential warranty issues, design and construction issues. We successfully completed the project and have a long partnership with the banks and ownership since.
