This was a construction advisory and development services project. The project is a 16-story building with a 250 room Kimpton Hotel, 50 luxury condominium residence (The Sawyer), 300,000 square feet of retail space and 250,000 square feet of convention and office space. The Residences at The Sawyer presents an entirely new, sophisticated living experience that honors the distinct spirit and natural beauty of Downtown Sacramento.
