The vibrance and energy of an emerging company has found a new home within one of Portland’s oldest downtown building. Mirador, a technology company who supports the banking industry, will relocate in March 2020 to a very historic context encompassing 13,000sf across two floors.

A conventional reception space was exploded in favor of an area that welcomes visitors directly into their break area – which also serves as a nexus for their company-wide activities. The space id fashioned as a modernist café flanked with a feature stair and a significant presentation wall to support Mirador’s mission to be a culture-centric workplace.
