Cory has 15+ years of experience in the construction management industry with a bachelor’s in construction engineering management from Cal State Long Beach. He has vast multi-family expertise that includes: detailed large-scale project take-offs, scope writing, bid spreadsheet management, bid list management, bidder database management, value engineering, and assisting the development team with preconstruction. Cory can effectively and confidently talk and interact with high-end clients, subcontractors, and general contractors across the construction spectrum.

He comes to CREDE from a history working with Lennar Multifamily Construction in Orange County, CA. He is eager to contribute his experience from various multi-million dollar projects, satisfy clients through value engineering efforts, and bring strategy and insight for current and future clients.

Cory will be helping oversee a variety of projects in the Southwest region. We know he will make a meaningful impact on our organization and culture.
