Turtle Bay Resort is an 880-acre master-planned destination on Oahu’s iconic North Shore. Encompassing a 1,300-acre site, the property features a 440-room resort, two championship golf courses, and entitled land for 725 additional homes and hotel units.

CREDE played a pivotal role in the resort’s extensive renovation, which was designed to elevate its status as a premier global hospitality destination. The large-scale improvements revitalized nearly every aspect of the property, from accommodations to recreational amenities, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience.

Scope of Renovation:

• Hotel & Accommodations: Upgrades to the 404-room hotel, 42 luxury cabanas, and 48 oceanfront villas.

• Amenities & Facilities: Renovation of all common area pools, seven on-site restaurants, the resort spa, and tennis courts.

• Golf & Events: Enhancements to the Arnold Palmer and George Fazio golf courses, plus the addition of a 10,000 sq/ft ballroom for large-scale events.

• Residential Development: Addition of 48 for-sale oceanfront condominiums.

This landmark project, managed with CREDE’s expertise in large-scale renovations, was recognized for its design excellence and execution, earning the NAIOP “Renovation of the Year” award in 2004.
