The Palazzo

The Palazzo project involved the comprehensive renovation of a full-service continuing care retirement community, which provides assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care services. This renovation was completed while ensuring the community maintained a high census and uninterrupted operations throughout the process.

The scope of work included upgrades to 135 resident rooms, enhancements to the facility's buildings, and improvements to key interior spaces such as the lobby, main common areas, restrooms, and café. Additionally, the project encompassed the renovation of office spaces and outdoor amenities, including the pool and patio areas.
