The Ontario Ranch Business Park is a 125-acre site in Ontario, developed by Real Estate Development Associates (REDA), featuring six premium warehouse buildings. The first phase includes a 1.2 million square-foot warehouse, along with extensive onsite and offsite infrastructure improvements.
As a key partner in this development, CREDE is managing critical aspects of the project, including:
Bid Administration & PM/CM Services: Overseeing project execution to ensure timely and efficient construction.
Infrastructure Development: Managing the reconstruction and construction of major roadways, including Merrill Ave., Carpenter Ave., Eucalyptus Ave., and Hellman Ave., totaling 9,400 LF of new roadway excavation and street construction.
Storm Drain & Sewer System Expansion: Overseeing the installation of 2,260 LF of double 12’ x 10’ RCB and 750 LF of 11’ x 6’ RCB storm drains, along with 5,000 LF of new sewer construction.
Water & Utility Enhancements: Coordinating 26,000 LF of new water construction, 2,680 LF of 30” CML/C IEUA recycled water main reconstruction, and 9,500 LF of dry utility installation.
Traffic & Bridge Improvements: Managing the construction of four new traffic signal intersections, the widening of Merrill Ave. bridge at Cucamonga Creek, and a new bridge at Eucalyptus Ave. and Cucamonga Creek.
Labor Compliance & DIF Reimbursement: Ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating reimbursement processes for development impact fees.
Additionally, CREDE is spearheading collaboration efforts among multiple property owners and municipalities, ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders.
