Lulu's Place, a $150-million athletic and education complex spanning 31 acres near LAX, is one of Los Angeles largest philanthropic ventures, offering extensive recreational and educational facilities for the community. Our Dry Utilities division provided essential infrastructure support by installing new permanent power and communication services, undergrounding utility lines, and removing outdated power infrastructure. This work ensures the complex is well-equipped to serve its diverse programs and facilities.


Components/Tasks Managed by CREDE's Dry Utilities Team:

  • New permanent power and communication service to multiple large-scale areas within the project site.

  • Refeeding power to Saint Bernard's High School and

  • LASAN Pump Station.

  • Undergrounding spectrum utility lines.

  • Removing frontier vault and infrastructure.

  • De-energizing a customer station (indoor transformer room).

  • Removing multiple DWP power poles
