This $91.6 million project consists of a 555-unit golf course master-planned community. The team managed the purchase, design, entitlement, and construction of the 7,259-yard Greg Norman golf course community, which includes 148 multi-family units. The facility features a 200-seat master clubhouse, a practice range, a maintenance facility, a 2,600 sq. ft. fitness center, and two resort-style heated pools. Recreational amenities include tennis, basketball, and bocce ball courts. Additionally, the team oversaw extensive offsite improvements and utility extensions and managed bond funding through the Northern Palm Beach County Improvement District.
