Eastside Water Treatment Facility

Construction of underground utilities pipeline and connection to the new Water Treatment Facility was overseen by Murow Development Consultants. They effectively managed four distinct contractors along with multiple equipment vendors throughout this intricate project. The EWTF (East Water Treatment Facility) was established under the Community Facilities District (CFD) Reimbursement program. The team executed various tasks including conducting weekly project progress and logistics meetings, reviewing and providing input on contractor's schedule updates, analyzing, monitoring, and negotiating change orders, reviewing and approving billing, tracking RFis (Requests for Information), managitig submittals, collecting certified payroll, ensuring contract compliance, and offering agency coordination and liaison services.
