Dickies Arena is an $800 million, state-of-the-art sports and entertainment venue located in Fort Worth, Texas. Developed through a public-private partnership between the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, the State of Texas, and The Bass Family, the arena stands as a landmark addition to the city’s cultural and entertainment landscape.
Designed by David M. Schwartz Architects (Design Architect) and HKS Architects (Construction Document Architect), the facility showcases museum-quality finishes—including terrazzo, marble, and GFRG—and incorporates cutting-edge audiovisual systems to deliver an exceptional experience for guests and performers alike.
CREDE’s project management team played a pivotal role in bringing this world-class venue to life, contributing expertise in the following areas:
Food & Beverage Layout Consulting
Concrete structure management and finish-out of the 750,000 SF event level (the first of four floors)
Project management oversight for key trades, including framing and drywall, terrazzo flooring, millwork, tile, and project signage
Through its leadership and collaboration, CREDE helped ensure the successful delivery of this landmark facility—solidifying Dickies Arena as a premier destination for sports, concerts, and community events.
