Dickies Arena is an $800 million, state-of-the-art sports and entertainment venue located in Fort Worth, Texas. Developed through a public-private partnership between the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, the State of Texas, and The Bass Family, the arena stands as a landmark addition to the city’s cultural and entertainment landscape.

Designed by David M. Schwartz Architects (Design Architect) and HKS Architects (Construction Document Architect), the facility showcases museum-quality finishes—including terrazzo, marble, and GFRG—and incorporates cutting-edge audiovisual systems to deliver an exceptional experience for guests and performers alike.

CREDE’s project management team played a pivotal role in bringing this world-class venue to life, contributing expertise in the following areas:

• Food & Beverage Layout Consulting

• Concrete structure management and finish-out of the 750,000 SF event level (the first of four floors)

• Project management oversight for key trades, including framing and drywall, terrazzo flooring, millwork, tile, and project signage
