Deer Valley East Village

The Deer Valley Ski Resort master plan represents a transformative expansion of one of the nation’s premier ski destinations. As part of this effort, staff augmentation services were provided to Alterra Mountain Company to support the large-scale development and ensure seamless execution across multiple project components.

The project encompasses the development of 3,700 acres of new terrain, supported by the installation of 16 new ski lifts, including a state-of-the-art 10-passenger gondola to enhance guest access and circulation across the mountain.

At the heart of the expansion is a new Village area, designed as a world-class, four-season destination. The Village will feature over 800 hotel rooms across multiple properties, nearly 1,700 residential units, and 250,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, offering vibrant shopping, dining, and après-ski experiences. Additionally, a 68,000-square-foot recreation center will serve as a hub for both residents and visitors.
