Citrus Landing has been recently repositioned through a comprehensive upgrade/replacement of the anchor tenancy and the construction/renovation of multiple freestanding pad buildings.


The project included 95,000 sq/ft of retail space anchored by a 49,000 sq/ft Stater Brothers. Additional existing building was separated into multiple units including a drive through Panda Express. The property is situated along the signalized intersection of Van Buren Blvd. and Arlington Ave., and benefits from visibility to over 75,900 vehicles per day along these thoroughfares.
