Project Spotlight: Altadena Golf Course Restoration – Altadena, CA

In collaboration with Environmental Chemical Corporation (ECC), CREDE is leading the full-scale restoration of the historic Altadena Golf Course following its use as a staging area during the January 2025 Eaton Fire. Services include full Project Management and Construction Management, in partnership with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles County Department of Parks & Recreation, and other key stakeholders. Restoration efforts feature:

Grading and irrigation upgrades for the driving range
Turf restoration on fairways and tee boxes with enhanced drainage
Reconstruction of golf cart paths
Parking lot access improvements
Strategic tree management, landscaping, and environmental restoration for long-term sustainability

Service Spotlight: Project Management

CREDE delivers turnkey Project Management, serving as the owner’s representative to safeguard budgets, schedules, quality, and design intent. From pre-construction dry utility coordination, contractor qualification, and GMP negotiations—through real-time progress tracking with cloud-based KPI dashboards, labor compliance enforcement, materials procurement oversight, and rigorous change-order reviews—CREDE ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The team sees every project through to bond exoneration and HOA turnover, backed by strong relationships with subcontractors, utilities, and permitting authorities.
